At Trendsft, managed by TRENDS FURNITURE, INC., we understand that order changes may sometimes be necessary. The following policy explains the conditions under which cancellations are accepted while ensuring smooth order handling and shipping efficiency.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Orders are eligible for cancellation only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order to increase the likelihood of approval.
Orders marked as Final Sale or Non Cancellable are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation requests may also be declined if the order is already in transit or if irregular or suspected fraudulent activity is identified.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
Please email info@trendsft.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and the reason for your request.
If the order has not yet shipped, our team will review the request and provide confirmation within 1 business day.
REFUND PROCESSING
After approval, the full payment will be returned to the original payment method within 2 business days.
If the order has already been shipped, customers should follow the instructions outlined in the Refund Policy after delivery.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing payment.
If cancellation is requested due to duplicate orders or incorrect address details, please provide complete information to help us resolve the matter quickly.

An exchange request may be approved only when the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery.
Eligible situations include:
Seeds damaged during transit.
Incorrect seed varieties or quantities received.
Seeds arriving clearly defective or unusable at the time of receipt.
The issue must not be related to storage conditions, handling, or use after delivery.
Exchanges will not be approved under the following circumstances:
Change of mind or personal preference, including expectations regarding color, size, flavor, or growth results.
Germination concerns caused by planting methods, soil conditions, watering practices, climate, or other environmental factors.
Requests submitted more than 15 days after the confirmed delivery date.
Items clearly marked as final sale or non returnable.
To begin the process, please contact customer support by emailing info@trendsft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Your request should include:
Order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photos of the seeds and original packaging.
All requests are reviewed promptly. You will receive a response within 1 business day confirming whether the exchange is approved and whether a return is required.
If a return is required, our support team will provide the appropriate return address. Items must be shipped using a trackable delivery service.
Once the returned seeds are received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the replacement has been dispatched.
If the exchange is approved due to an error on the part of Trendsft, including damaged or incorrect shipments, all related shipping costs will be covered by us.
For other approved eligible situations, return shipping and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Whenever possible, original packaging should be retained. Returned seeds must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Exchange requests may be declined if returned items are damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging.
