At Trendsft we carefully select and package every seed order
We stand behind the condition and accuracy of all shipments
If an issue is discovered upon delivery our exchange policy is intended to provide a fast and fair solution
When an Exchange Is Accepted
An exchange request may be approved only when the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery
Eligible situations include the following
Seeds damaged in transit
Incorrect seed varieties or quantities received
Seeds arriving clearly defective or unusable upon receipt
The issue must not be related to storage handling or use after delivery
Situations Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchanges will not be approved under the circumstances listed below
Change of mind or personal preference including expectations regarding color size flavor or growth results
Germination issues caused by planting methods soil conditions watering practices or environmental factors
Requests submitted more than 15 days after the delivery date
Items clearly labeled as final sale or non returnable
Exchange Request Procedure
Contacting customer support is required to begin the process
Please email info@trendsft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
Your message should include
Order number
A clear explanation of the issue
Photos of the seeds and original packaging
All requests are reviewed promptly
You will receive a response within 1 business day confirming approval status and whether a return is necessary
Returning Items If Required
If a return is requested
A return address will be provided by our support team
Items must be shipped using a trackable delivery service
Once the returned seeds are received and inspected
A replacement will be shipped within 2 business days
Tracking information will be sent once the replacement is dispatched
Shipping Cost Responsibility
When an exchange is approved due to an error by Trendsft
Including damaged items or incorrect shipments
All shipping related costs will be fully covered by us
When an exchange is approved for other eligible reasons
Both return shipping and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer
Packaging Requirements
Original packaging should be kept whenever possible
Returned seeds must be adequately protected during transit
Exchange requests may be declined if damage occurs due to insufficient or improper packaging
