At Trendsft we take pride in preparing and shipping every seed order with care
This policy explains how orders are processed shipped and supported from checkout through final delivery
Order Processing Timeframe
All seed orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays
During peak planting seasons promotional events or sales periods order preparation may require additional time
If a significant delay occurs customers will be informed by email as soon as possible
Shipping Services and Estimated Delivery
To ensure reliable delivery we work with established carriers including

DHL
USPS
Orders are shipped using dependable domestic shipping services
Estimated transit time after shipment is 4–7 business days depending on destination and carrier operations
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control
Once an order is shipped tracking details will be sent by email so shipment progress can be monitored
Shipping Availability
Shipping is currently available within the United States only
Delivery to US territories and PO Box addresses is not supported at this time
Shipping Fees and Promotions
Orders with a total value over 50 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders under 50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout
From time to time limited shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website
Delivery Delays and Carrier Related Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times delays may occur due to weather conditions carrier disruptions or high volume shipping periods
Trendsft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
However our team is always available to assist with tracking requests and coordination with carriers if delivery concerns arise
Packaging and Order Protection
All seed products are carefully packaged to preserve quality and reduce the risk of transit damage
If an order arrives damaged incorrect or incomplete please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email info@trendsft.com and include the order number along with clear photos showing the issue
Each request will be reviewed and resolved according to our return and exchange policies
Appropriate solutions may include replacement or other suitable resolutions
