Our goal is to provide a fair and efficient solution whenever an issue arises
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting a request
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 15 days after successful delivery
To qualify for a refund all conditions below must be met
Seeds must be unopened unused and kept in the original intact packaging
Products labeled as custom made or final sale are not eligible
Seeds must not show signs of damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
A full refund will be approved when the issue is the responsibility of Trendsft
This includes but is not limited to the situations below
Incorrect seed varieties shipped
Seeds arriving damaged
Order fulfillment or shipping errors
How to Submit a Refund Request
To start the refund process please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order

Your message should include the following information
Order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
All requests are reviewed carefully
You will receive a response within 1 business day confirming eligibility and next steps
Return Instructions After Approval
If a return is required the item must be shipped back within 3 days after approval
A trackable shipping service must be used
Please keep the tracking information until the process is completed
Once the returned seeds are received and pass inspection
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days
Shipping Fees and Responsibility
For returns initiated by the customer such as a change of mind
Original shipping fees are non refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
For issues caused by Trendsft including product quality problems or shipping mistakes
All shipping costs including original and return shipping will be fully covered by us
Additional Notes
Requests submitted after 15 days may not qualify for a refund
Items that do not meet return conditions or fail inspection may be rejected
